coach  pang! im apologize tat i nvr go to training for 5months dy :(  im so glad to see u guys anyway^_^

(but today nvr see dou those mischievious n cute sai lou zaii D= )

we play badminton at the place whr we oways train___

next,we had a LUNCH at ampang point's MCD..

coach belanja all of us nehh`(half price oni larh)xD

finish  eating.....BOWLING & POOL~! 

omg..i had nvr played the other sports wif my badminton gang b4>< so this is my first time n of course im having alot of fun being wif thm=D  

coach pang's bowling damn pro lehh (155!!) i juz get 87 oni:(( 

 but nvm...here cums the next game... POOL~
